About The Position
Johnson City Ford, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and career-driven Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join their growing service team. Hudson Automotive Group is one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive dealer groups in the Southeast U.S., focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Service or Retail sales professional looking for an opportunity to join a growing team.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service or High-volume Retail sales experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
