We are seeking a self-motivated Business Development Coordinator to advance our mission. This is a field-based role centered on expanding our client base by cultivating high-value referral relationships. This role will focus on building and deepening partnerships primarily in Montgomery County and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate thrives on networking, independent schedule management, and the challenge of driving growth through strategic local partnerships.

Requirements

Sales or marketing experience, or a degree in a relevant field.
Must have a valid driver’s license (mileage is reimbursed).
Full-time availability.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach to medical professionals.
Strong networking skills with the ability to foster long-term, high-trust partnerships.
Confident in public speaking and articulating the value of our care services.
A results-oriented, assertive mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance field work and reporting.

Responsibilities

Identify and maintain key referral sources within Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
Proactively generate and close new leads to expand our reach in the community.
Conduct consistent outreach efforts, including cold calling and professional networking.
Plan and attend community events to represent River Oaks Home Care and increase brand visibility.
Manage your own daily schedule and outreach strategy while submitting daily and weekly performance reports.
