This is an entry-level, growth-focused role designed for someone interested in business development, marketing, and B2B sales operations. This individual will support outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and CRM execution using HubSpot

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business preferred or relevant work and/or military experience
  • One to two years of related experience in sales and marketing or related field
  • Eager to market and sell a service-related and tech-enabled organization
  • Passionate about content and messaging
  • Desirous to learn and to experiment with marketing plans and strategies
  • Experience with social media audience growth and content consistency
  • Willing to research and develop sales and marketing plans
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective small and mid-sized businesses aligned with Humareso’s ideal client profile
  • Execute outbound outreach via email sequences and LinkedIn messaging
  • Schedule discovery calls and develop qualified leads
  • Monitor and follow up on inbound leads
  • Support campaign execution and lead routing
  • Coordinate marketing tasks, such as events, list management, and email marketing
  • Gather information about consumer needs and trends
  • Maintain accurate contact and deal records in HubSpot
  • Track outreach activity and manage sequences
  • Track outreach and pipeline metrics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership subject matter experts, digital marketing, business development and vendor partners to create compelling and targeted content
  • Work with leadership to understand services, solutions, and market demographic to develop our value proposition and market position and develop activation plan
  • Proactively seek channels of referral and organic growth
  • Cultivate a living list of potential clients
  • Research and entry into the best human resources recognition awards
