Ancira GMC Boerne is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective buyers and play a key role in building trust through timely, professional communication. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable appearing on camera, and excited to represent the brands using modern digital tools including personalized video messaging.

Requirements

Prior experience with call center, or customer service role helpful
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone etiquette and presentation
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with computer use and digital communication platforms
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required
Acceptable/Insurable driving history is required

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and assist Service Advisors to assure our Customers always receive a quality Service experience
May assist to set and confirm customer appointments for Service
