About The Position

IBC Roofing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support and drive new business opportunities. This role plays a key part in generating and qualifying leads, coordinating sales activities, and supporting marketing initiatives that fuel company growth. You will manage outbound prospecting, inbound lead flow, and assist with marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, marketing, customer service, or coordination experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or insurance is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with CRM and basic marketing tools/platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new opportunities
  • Identify and qualify residential and commercial roofing prospects
  • Maintain and update a consistent pipeline of leads
  • Support targeted outreach campaigns and market research efforts
  • Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Qualify prospects and schedule inspections/appointments for sales reps
  • Ensure all inbound leads are properly tracked and followed up on
  • Assist in building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, realtors, and referral partners
  • Coordinate outreach efforts and partnership initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and referral channels
  • Accurately log all calls, activities, and notes in CRM
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Track lead status and assist in reporting pipeline and marketing activity
  • Work closely with outside sales, operations, and production teams
  • Ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to sales reps
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and customer trends
