About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Business Development Coordinator to support company growth by helping identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn sales, business development, and client strategy in the insurance industry. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to support outreach efforts, develop new opportunities, and help move potential clients through the sales process. While previous business development experience is helpful, we are open to recent graduates with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and industry partners
  • Assist with outreach efforts through email, phone calls, and networking
  • Help schedule and support discovery meetings with prospective clients
  • Learn how to qualify opportunities and understand client needs
  • Maintain and update CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Support senior leadership with proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication
  • Assist in tracking sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Build knowledge of the insurance and claims industry, including FNOL and intake services
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when needed
  • Help maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
