The Business Development Consultant (BDC) is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing experienced advisors. This role plays a crucial part in helping advisors grow their businesses by supporting them in building and expanding a holistic financial services practice that includes life and health insurance and wealth products. The BDC will contribute to the overall success of the District and report to the District Manager (DM), collaborating with the district and regional team. The role emphasizes coaching for growth, consulting with experienced advisors, a sales-driven and strategic mindset, strong knowledge of financial services and products, and a focus on relationships.
