The Medicus Firm (TMF), a part of M3USA, is a national healthcare recruitment firm seeking a Business Development Consultant. The successful candidate will be a healthcare sales consultant experienced in working with hospital CEOs, Vice Presidents and Director-level healthcare executives. This role involves managing efforts in a 2-5 state territory, scheduling webinars and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to obtain signed contracts, and traveling to the assigned region 5 days each month. The consultant will also contact and build rapport with hospital/practice administrators to understand their practice needs and recruiting efforts, maintain organization within the territory, and provide timely information and follow-up contact. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions accurately using various venues, including webinars and phone, is crucial.
