Any Lab Test Now is a leading provider of direct-access lab testing services, allowing individuals to take control of their health by conveniently and affordably accessing a wide variety of lab tests without the need for a doctor's order. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and take charge of their well-being. Our Novi, Michigan franchise proudly serves individuals, employers, healthcare providers, and community organizations with a broad range of testing services including wellness testing, employer solutions, occupational health, drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, and specialty laboratory services. We are seeking Business Development Consultant to expand our employer and referral partner network throughout our service area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and being rewarded for business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years consultative account sales experience with an emphasis on: Demonstrated ability to sell value
  • Creates, builds and retains strong client relationships
  • Sales experience in the medical field a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent persuasive presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and goal-oriented a must
  • Enthusiastic, positive “can do” attitude
  • Thrives on closing opportunities that grow the ANY LAB TEST NOW® store system

Responsibilities

  • B2B Referral and Business Account Development
  • All references identified below must align with the area’s Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Identify prospects, referrals and close major accounts that support the ANY LAB TEST NOW (“Company”) franchise model that specifically align with Company’s established Ideal Corporate Customer Profile(s) and Ideal Corporate Customer Target Segments.
  • The Target Segments will include but are not limited to the following, as outlined in the Strategic Plan, Physician Referrals Holistic Medicine Providers DNA Testing Referrals Allied Health Schools Family Law Attorneys Employers
  • Build and maintain business accounts and periodically check client satisfaction to ensure long-term contractual relationships are maintained
  • Achieve sales objectives, which may include but is not limited to revenue; profitability; and sales footprint within the franchise territory
  • Aggressively grow our B2B account base through telephone calls, written communications and personal visits, using both Company-driven and individual lead generation methodologies including but not limited to cold-calling; networking; event promotion; and asking for referrals from existing clients and other connections
  • Create Powerpoint presentations for sales meetings as necessary
  • Complete Company-required reports, including but not limited to sales reports; marketing reports; business mileage logs; and expense reports in an accurate and timely basis
  • Enter and maintain all lead, prospect and client information and notes into Company’s designated CRM software system or spreadsheet in an accurate, timely and complete manner.
