About The Position

The primary role of the Business Development Consultant 2 is to lead the development and implementation of services provided by the Customer Care/Cat Connect organization, aligning with clients' strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time efficiently.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or a relevant field is required.
2-4 years of related work experience.
Instructional Design Certificate with at least four years of relevant work experience is acceptable.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or Instructional Design preferred.
Internships directly related to Instructional Design are accepted as job experience.
Comparable roles include Instructional Design, Curriculum Designer, ISD, Education Designer, Training Designer, and Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to senior business leaders on the overall Customer Care strategy development and implementation of client requirements.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Develop a growth strategy focused on Customer Care and Cat Connect that advocates the company's key offerings and anticipates clients' objectives.
