Holman is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join Mercedes Benz of Cary. This in-store role is crucial in creating and maintaining a productive relationship between our virtual BDC and the Store to increase sales. The role involves maximizing Internet Lead and Portfolio Management TO performance, facilitating effective TO distribution to Sales Advisors, and following up to ensure workflows are executed. The consultant will review internal notes, keep daily notes on TO activity for reporting, be prepared for daily appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule "No Show" appointments when necessary. A key aspect of the role is understanding the importance and benefits to the retail business and identifying opportunities to build trust and mutual respect.
