Holman is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join Mercedes Benz of Cary. This in-store role is crucial in creating and maintaining a productive relationship between our virtual BDC and the Store to increase sales. The role involves maximizing Internet Lead and Portfolio Management TO performance, facilitating effective TO distribution to Sales Advisors, and following up to ensure workflows are executed. Daily notes on TO activity are required for regular follow-up and reporting. The consultant will be fully prepared for daily appointments, confirm them prior to arrival, and reschedule "No Show" appointments when necessary. Understanding the importance and benefits to the retail business, and identifying opportunities to build trust and mutual respect are key aspects of this position.
