The Business Development Consultant (BDC) plays a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing experienced advisors. This position is focused on coaching for growth, consulting with experienced advisors, and requires a sales-driven, strategic mindset with strong knowledge of financial services and products, and a relationship-focused approach. The BDC will support advisors in building and expanding a holistic financial services practice, including life and health insurance and wealth products, contributing to the overall success of the District. The role involves working with dynamic colleagues and leaders who are eager to share knowledge and help individuals reach their potential. The BDC will report to the District Manager (DM) and collaborate with the district and regional team.
