The Business Development Consultant (BDC) plays a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing experienced advisors. This position is focused on coaching for growth, consulting with experienced advisors, and driving sales with a strategic mindset. The BDC will support advisors in building and expanding a holistic financial services practice, including life and health insurance and wealth products, thereby contributing to the overall success of the Sun Life District team and making a positive difference for Canadians and advisors. The role emphasizes relationship building and a strong understanding of financial services and products. The BDC will report to the District Manager (DM) and collaborate with the district and regional team.
