The Business Development Consultant (BDC) plays a crucial role in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing experienced advisors within the Sun Life District team. This position is focused on coaching for growth, consulting with experienced advisors, and driving sales through a strategic mindset. The BDC will support advisors in building and expanding holistic financial services practices, including life and health insurance and wealth products, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the District and making a positive difference for Canadians and advisors. The role involves working with dynamic colleagues and leaders who are eager to share knowledge and help individuals reach their potential. The BDC will report to the District Manager (DM) and collaborate with the district and regional team.
