Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Outside sales experience is a must
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel in order to do business

Responsibilities

  • Nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Assisting in identifying targeted new clients.
  • Developing leads.
  • Performing out of office sales calls.
  • Visiting project sites and client offices.
  • Attending industry-related events.
  • Making presentations.
  • Maintaining relationship activity in our CRM system.
  • Reviewing estimates and proposals.
  • Regular interactions with BECI Branch Managers.
  • Participation in routine meetings with the sales, marketing, and business development team.
  • Supporting and encouraging through regular contacts and meetings with the Vice President of Sales.
