The Senior Business Development Consultant serves as both a senior business development consultant and a territory leader. This player–coach position is responsible for driving lead generation through the development of direct referral relationships while simultaneously overseeing and mentoring Account Executives within an assigned territory. The role combines hands-on business development activities with leadership responsibilities to ensure consistent growth at the top of the sales funnel. The Senior Account Executive focuses on cultivating strategic referral relationships with industry partners such as insurance agents, property managers, commercial realtors, plumbers, contractors, and other service providers . This role also establishes activity benchmarks, coaching standards, and performance expectations for Account Executives operating within the territory.
