About The Position

Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Center Manager to lead our sales efforts at our Norwood, MA location. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, managing sales processes, and enhancing overall customer experience to support the growth and success of our dealership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and use performance metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Elead (Preferred).
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Business Development Center team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service departments to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
