About The Position

Gator Ford is hiring a Business Development Center Director. We have an excellent management team and are family owned and operated. Our employee support is unmatched. We are looking for an accomplished Call Center Manager to supervise daily operations for our location. You will be responsible for a team of Call Center Reps that are handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • Prior Automotive BDC experience or Call Center Management experience required.
  • High volume outbound call experience is a must.
  • Must be able to handle incoming calls.
  • 5-day work week.
  • Saturdays required and some Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations for the Call Center BDC.
  • Manage a team of Call Center Representatives.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments.
