We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team in Morgan Hill, CA. The BDC Representative plays a vital role in supporting our sales and service departments by managing incoming customer inquiries. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone and in person.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Dependable and highly professional work ethic
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Experience with dealership software such as Reynolds and Reynolds is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming sales and service calls promptly and professionally
  • Greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments through phone and internet leads
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
  • Confirm special order parts with appropriate departments
  • Coordinate inquiries and issues with sales and service personnel
  • Manage required paperwork, documentation, and reporting
  • Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
