About The Position

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for generating new dealer opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and strategic prospecting. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential partners, identifying qualified dealerships, engaging decision-makers, and structuring for our Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in the field to take over. The BDC Rep ensures that only high-quality, prequalified leads reach our sales team, improving efficiency and increasing close rates. This is an in-office role designed for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into larger sales positions within the organization.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to new dealership prospects using pulse lists, CRM data, and new dealer submissions.
  • Create and update leads in our CRM (Zoho) when needed.
  • Identify key decision makers (typically dealership owners or general managers).
  • Conduct a brief discovery to ensure the dealer fits our program criteria.
  • Deliver a concise, value-driven pitch explaining who we are and how we help dealers.
  • Gather basic information about current lender relationships, volume, and subprime strategy.
  • Maintain activity targets for calls, conversations, and scheduled appointments.
  • Hand off qualified leads to the appropriate ASM and move on to the next opportunity.
