Madison Honda, one of New Jersey’s leading import dealerships located in Clinton, NJ, is seeking motivated BDC Business Development Representatives to join our Internet Sales team. Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional work ethic.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with internet technology and comfortable using computer systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to track sales leads effectively.
  • Reliable follow-through and consistent follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dealership customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Call center and/or internet sales experience is a plus.
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming phone calls and internet leads promptly and professionally.
  • Confirm sales appointments and follow up long-term with unsold customers, including internet leads and showroom visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of contact such as phone, email, or in person.
  • Manage the customer database to encourage repeat business and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle deliveries with interested customers.
  • Disclose sales terms clearly to customers and coordinate sales reviews with dealership management.
