Requirements

  • Proven experience in a BDC managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and BDC technology tools
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and lead conversion
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the BDC team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage potential and existing customers
  • Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer follow-up
  • Train, mentor, and motivate BDC team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and oversee lead management processes
