This is a senior individual contributor role for a seasoned defence sales and business development professional who knows how to operate independently in complex, long-cycle government and defence markets. You will own the full commercial lifecycle — from early market shaping and stakeholder engagement through to proposal leadership and contract award — across the global defence and security landscape. You will advance your own strategic opportunities, set your own agenda, and be trusted to make the right calls in the field. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining a reporting relationship with our Director, Defence & Security, who provides strategic guidance and access to the broader GSTS network. This is not a role for someone who needs a fully built machine; it is a role for someone who wants to help build one.
