Requirements

0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience (internships and new grads welcome)
Genuine interest in healthcare, sales, or business development
A team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow independently
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4-5 days travel per week)
Valid US Driver's license required
Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

Learn and assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors, working alongside experienced closers.
Help identify potential targets and learn how market expansion strategy comes together in the field.
Learn to articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to administrators and other stakeholders, with training and coaching provided.
Start building your own network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors under the mentorship of senior team members.
Share field observations, ask questions, and contribute to a team strategy that lifts everyone.
