Requirements

Experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role
A communicator who builds rapport fast, in person and on the phone
A self-starter who manages your own schedule and pipeline without being chased
Comfort with CRM software and everyday sales tools
A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to travel weekly to daily throughout the Philadelphia metro area

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience selling to property managers, contractors, or home services customers.

Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to homeowners, property managers, and contractors across the Philly metro to keep a steady flow of new opportunities
Build proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business
Respond fast, deliver on what you promise, and keep existing clients happy enough to refer us
Meet prospects and clients on site throughout the metro area using a company vehicle
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and customer trends, and share what you learn to sharpen how we sell
Work with operations and marketing so what you sell gets scheduled and delivered right
Log activity and pipeline in our CRM, know your metrics, and hit your targets
