About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is hiring a part-time Business Development Associate to assist Regional Senior Project Managers and Service Sales Representatives with lead generation and marketing campaigns for Catholic and Christian profile and priority contact lists. The role uses internal and external contact databases to identify key contacts at target facilities, develop campaigns, and measure their results. The associate works directly with outside sales and inside lead generation representatives to support and strengthen team relationships. The position is local-candidate-only. Hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some flexibility possible within designated time zones and around trade organization conferences. Compensation is a competitive hourly base wage dependent on experience and skills.

Requirements

Strong phone communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of potential customers and personnel at all levels, demonstrating patience, persistence, and flexibility.
Effective problem-solving and basic marketing skills.
Willingness to work well within a team of marketing personnel.
Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Local candidates only.

Nice To Haves

Typing speed of 20 to 30 words per minute is preferred.
Six months or more of directly related campaign marketing, customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales experience is a plus.
