Part-Time Business Development Specialist
About The Position
Qualicare Homecare Denver is seeking an experienced, established, and well-connected Senior Care industry professional to grow the agency’s business development. Reporting directly to ownership, the Part-Time Business Development Specialist networks and connects with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate referrals for home care solutions. The specialist coordinates and manages sales within a defined geographic area and supports consistent, profitable sales revenue growth by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM databases.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience and established connections in the Senior Care industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop a sales and marketing plan.
- Plan and create business development opportunities.
- Follow the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services.
- Conduct a minimum of 35 sales calls per week.
- Establish working rapport with healthcare professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and create and build proposals.
- Manage sales accounts and meet financial targets related to sales and business development opportunities.
- Participate in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness.
