About The Position

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about services, focusing on building communication and relationship-building skills. Daily tasks include making outbound contacts across various campaigns, gaining practical experience in data-driven sales and marketing. Responsibilities also involve booking and confirming appointments, problem-solving to manage no-shows and reschedules, monitoring and responding to AI-assisted communications, and tracking personal performance against set goals. The associate will represent assigned dealership brands with professionalism and confidence.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduates or early-career professionals — no prior automotive or BDC experience required
  • Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone and in writing
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable — someone who takes feedback well and takes ownership of their results
  • Comfortable picking up new software and tools quickly (we provide full training)
