We specialize in providing capital to American businesses, such as restaurants, contractors, and retailers, when traditional banks cannot. The alternative lending sector is experiencing substantial growth as non-bank private capital increasingly supports businesses that traditional credit sources overlook. This industry offers a fast-paced environment where career advancement is based on deal execution and building a client base, rather than tenure. Responsibilities

  • Run the Phones: High volume outbound contact with business owners daily via calls, email, and social outreach in a cold calling environment.
  • Qualify Fast: Quickly assess a business owner's situation by gathering information on revenue, time in business, existing positions, and urgency to determine fundability.
  • Consult, Don't Pitch: Diagnose business problems before recommending solutions, matching owners to appropriate structures from over 30 capital solutions and lender partners.
  • Build the File: Gather necessary documentation and package a clean submission for the closing team.
  • Work the Desk: Partner with the closing team from submission to funding, managing the owner through underwriting, stipulations, and contracts.
  • Own the Relationship: Cultivate a book of business where funded clients return and refer others.
  • Know the Market: Stay updated on lender appetite, product changes, and competitor offerings.
  • Hit the Number: Achieve consistent daily application volume and monthly funded deals.
