About The Position

YipitData is seeking a Business Development Associate to support its Corporate Sales team in engaging new clients. This role involves identifying prospective opportunities, initiating sales engagements through various communication methods, qualifying inbound leads, and following up on marketing-qualified opportunities. The Business Development Associate position serves as a career progression path towards becoming a Sales Associate and subsequently a Sales Executive. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can be based in NYC, one of the company's office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. The role offers experience in developing outbound sales skills using methods like cold calling, cold emailing, and direct mail, collaborating with Product, Sales, C-level stakeholders, and Strategy professionals, working with Marketing to optimize the opportunity conversion process, mapping organizational structures of leading Brands and Retailers, and developing skills with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Asana.

Responsibilities
