About The Position

Business Development Area Representative | Full-Time | Corporate | Regional TerritoryJoin H2 Health and Help Expand Access to Exceptional Care H2 Health is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Area Representative to support referral development and clinic growth across an assigned regional territory. This field-based role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building partnerships, engaging with healthcare providers, and connecting patients with high-quality rehabilitation services. As a member of the H2 Health team, you'll collaborate with clinic leadership and business development professionals to strengthen referral relationships, increase community awareness, and support patient access across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • One to three years of experience in business development, healthcare, physician relations, sales, or another relationship-focused field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a defined territory and competing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel throughout an assigned region, with occasional overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, and community partners.
  • Execute a structured territory plan with regular in-person visits to referral sources.
  • Support referral growth by developing new relationships and strengthening existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Business Development leadership to identify opportunities and address market needs.
  • Represent H2 Health at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, referral trends, and account interactions.
  • Facilitate communication between referral sources and clinic teams to promote timely patient access.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support business development initiatives and organizational growth.
