Prior experience in retail automotive is not required, and candidates with experience as a Sales Consultant or BDC Rep are encouraged to apply. The company offers excellent ground-floor training to introduce new hires to the retail automotive industry.

Requirements

  • Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily
  • Entering leads into our CRM daily
  • Answering customer calls daily
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure

  • Experience working as a Sales Consultant, BDC Rep

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internet business development lead management
  • Utilize CRM daily and log incoming traffic
  • Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, acting as a product expert and sounding board
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
