What You’ll Do Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, texts, internet leads) Set and confirm appointments for the sales team Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Help drive dealership traffic and sales growth What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (phone, text, email) Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multi-task and stay organized Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required) Driven, goal-oriented, and coachable Why Gwinnett Place Nissan?
