We are currently seeking a Business Development Administrator to support our Outside Sales Team at our Greensboro, NC headquarters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring structure, consistency, and adherence to established processes across the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of precision, organization, and accountability to their work. Success in this position is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to keep a dynamic sales team aligned, informed, and operating efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in a professional role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and organization
  • Proactive and action-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
  • Assertive yet diplomatic communicator who can manage cross-functional relationships
  • Technically proficient and comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly
  • Analytical thinker capable of interpreting data and identifying trends or discrepancies
  • Highly organized multitasker who can balance detailed execution with strategic awareness

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a professional role, preferably in a sales or operations environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience in reporting through Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience with Adobe Pro and ClickUp (Canva experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Support sales leadership by reinforcing process adherence and maintaining departmental standards
  • Manage and maintain sales pipeline data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Track, input, and reconcile data related to discoveries, sales outcomes, and client information
  • Generate and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making
  • Coordinate follow-ups on action items, missing data, and post-sale documentation across teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all sales outcomes, including Go, NoGo, and No Sale statuses
  • Monitor data integrity and proactively identify discrepancies or gaps within reporting systems
  • Act as a central point of coordination between sales, leadership, and internal teams
