About The Position

Entry-level role supporting development project execution while building foundational knowledge. This role will support the execution of development projects by completing clearly defined tasks under direction. The Development Administrator will assist in maintaining project schedules, logs, trackers, and documentation repositories. They will collect, validate, and input project data, including budgets, timelines, vendor information, and reporting updates. The role involves participating in team meetings and providing status updates on assigned tasks, as well as coordinating basic communication with internal stakeholders to gather or share information. The Development Administrator will escalate risks, delays, or inconsistencies to more senior team members promptly and support vendor and contractor coordination activities. Ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with established standards, and following defined processes, tools, and safety/compliance requirements without deviation are key aspects of this role. The position offers an opportunity to continuously build knowledge of construction, logistics, and project lifecycle processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
  • Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including management of Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close out
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive level, and Excel to create and maintain site program & individual project budgets
  • Be able to travel as needed for the business.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, Masters in Engineering, Management, or related field desirable
  • Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
  • Extensive experience with management of MEP trades

Responsibilities
