About The Position

This role focuses on supporting business development activities through market research, lead generation, sales support, client relationship management, and administrative tasks. The Business Development Admin will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities, prepare materials, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential markets, customers, and competitors, and analyze trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients or partners, and maintain/update databases of leads and prospects.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via email, calls, or LinkedIn under supervision.
  • Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and proposals, and assist in responding to RFPs or client inquiries.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and track proposal status.
  • Support in scheduling meetings and maintaining client communications, and help in preparing client briefs or meeting summaries.
  • Maintain client databases and relationship tracking tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and KPIs, and track project progress and document key milestones.
  • Support internal coordination between departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance).
  • Coordinate with marketing to align lead generation and branding efforts.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, or campaigns that support BD goals.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to inform marketing strategies.
