About The Position

In this role, you will be a pivotal contributor to our business development efforts, responsible for manipulating data sets, creating professional Excel reports, and supporting market analysis activities. Your support will be essential in assembling materials for presentations and coordinating sponsorship-related tasks, including collateral management and event logistics coordination. Requirements

  • Adept at Excel, possessing an intermediate to advanced skill level. Capable of creating worksheets, v-lookups, employing sorting and filtering techniques, crafting formulas, and utilizing pivot tables by combining data from multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and its collaborative features for sharing worksheets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, showcasing a customer-focused attitude, as well as communicating with upper management of all internal & external departments.
  • Strong organizational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks, follow up on diverse items, and maintain acute attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a creative and thoughtful approach to challenges.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt swiftly to changing demands.
  • Positive, dedicated, and approachable demeanor that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience in supporting large teams and an aptitude for building effective relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of sales and corporate pricing modules is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with our proprietary flooring database, RFMS, is a plus (though not required).

Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise in Excel to efficiently organize, update, and manipulate complex data reports. Employ formulas, graphs, and formatting techniques to produce visually appealing and informative reports.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and market information within Excel reports, consistently updating them to reflect the latest trends and insights.
  • Perform regular audits of corporate specifications and pricing, ensuring precision and reliability.
  • Develop a comprehensive system for tracking market share information, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the team to assemble collateral information for presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and company goals.
