About The Position
Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Sales Representative to drive business development and market penetration across the West GTA area. This role is designed for a "hunter" who excels at lead generation, B2B sales, and client relationship management. Fresh Start Foods has proudly delivered a full range of fresh produce solutions to customers across Canada for over 30 years and is a valued member of the Gordon Food Service (GFS) family of companies. Requirements
- 3+ years of success in direct selling, outside sales, or account management with a record of exceeding quotas.
- Fully Bilingual (English and French) is required.
- A results-driven professional with a relentless drive to secure new business and close deals.
- Expert at navigating complex contracts and high-level negotiations with diplomacy and persuasion.
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to track sales activity and collaborate.
- Must hold a valid Class G Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Foodservice or Hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to exceed company revenue targets in the West GTA region.
- Create and execute a robust sales strategy and business plan for your assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- Implement action plans to break into new markets (restaurants, institutions, etc.) and secure high-potential accounts.
- Establish and nurture long-term loyalty with clients, serving as a dedicated Account Manager and trusted advisor.
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Product Development) to deliver tailored produce solutions and superior service.
- Be the face of Fresh Start Foods, delivering compelling pitches and presentations to key decision-makers.
