About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer Manager to join Boost by Banter. This role is for a 'hunter' who can independently manage the full sponsorship and partnerships pipeline, from identifying potential clients to closing deals and ensuring campaign success. You will leverage the strong brand equity of Banter, a media brand trusted by millions in the crypto space, to build and grow our commercial engine. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of your pipeline and drive significant revenue.

Requirements

  • Native crypto market knowledge: Understanding of vanity integrations vs. high-converting campaigns, KOL deal structures, and ability to speak credibly to a crypto project's CMO.
  • Hunter sales mentality: Self-sources leads through conferences, Telegram groups, and a warm Rolodex; motivated by commission upside and pipeline ownership.
  • KOL and affiliate management experience: Managed multiple KOL relationships concurrently, handling deal negotiation, briefing, fulfillment tracking, and performance review.
  • Stable commercial tenure in Web3: 3+ years in BD, partnerships, or sales roles within crypto, with a history of building and delivering results.
  • Active warm book of crypto project contacts with marketing budgets in the $50k–$500k range.
  • Geographic and community presence: Based in a genuine Web3 hub (Singapore, Dubai, London, New York, Seoul, Hong Kong, or comparable) with access to regional conference circuits and relevant online communities.
  • Operational self-sufficiency: Comfortable integrating into existing workflows, managing CRM hygiene, and delivering performance reporting without a support team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales pipeline: Source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new crypto project sponsors, KOLs, and affiliates from first contact through to signed deal.
  • Build and work a live prospect list: Drive outreach proactively via Telegram BD communities, Crypto Twitter, conference floors, and personal contacts.
  • Manage concurrent KOL deal flows: Execute multiple KOL partnerships simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines, deliverables, and communication standards.
  • Ensure campaign execution lands: Coordinate with content and operations teams to make certain every sponsor integration is fulfilled to brief, on time, and in line with advertiser objectives.
  • Report performance with precision: Deliver detailed post-campaign reports to sponsors that demonstrate ROI, build trust, and create grounds for renewal.
  • Hit a hard number: Work toward a consistent $150k–$200k monthly revenue target per BD, with clear milestones in the first 90 days.
