About The Position

Produces reports or a package of reports utilizing databases, data assets, applications, and more to provide information to business leaders. Reports may be in the form of standardized dashboards or customized views of data upon request. Ensures data pulled is consistent with business needs/requests. Applies knowledge of the business to customize reports and deliver meaningful information. Reviews reports to identify data integrity issues and provides feedback to application/database administrators to ensure any issues are addressed. Answers questions from end-users of reports to provide additional context. Reporting may be focused on regulatory matters, operational metrics, and productivity metrics. Produces reports utilizing databases and applications to provide information to business leaders. Reports may be in the form of standardized dashboards or customized views of data upon request. Applies a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data processes/flows and concepts to implement frameworks, processes, controls, models, and solutions to ensure data is effectively managed across the organization or within a specific business unit. Drives automation and process optimization with a focus on process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (for Level II).
In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, etc.) (for Level II).
Focus on process automation to improve efficiency (for Level II and III).
Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines (for Level II).
Experience managing small-mid size projects with some complexity (for Level II).
Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market (for Level II).
Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders (for Level II).
Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates (for Level II).
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (for Level III).
Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline (for Level III).
Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes (for Level III).
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services (for Level III).
Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure (for Level III).
Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities (for Level III).
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems (for Level III).
