We are seeking a Business Data Analyst II to join our team! Requirements

  • Non-Sensitive Tier 1 /NACI
  • At least five (5) years of experience.
  • Must have experience with MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point
  • Expert experience assisting with the creation, maintenance, and analysis of technical documentation and information, including presentations and reports, involving document assembly, editing, and related administrative and financial support.
  • Proficiency in organizational change management standards
  • Proficiency in IT project management experience using various Microsoft and graphic tools
  • Ability to create, critique, and update programmatic briefings and ghost emails for consumption by senior management.
  • Change agent with the ability to implement strategies to affect change and guiding teams to adapt change
  • Excellent communications skill, both written and oral, with focus on strong visual communications skills to convey complex concepts via graphic designs.
  • Creative, strategic thinker, and self-starter with ability to solve complex programmatic problems.
  • Ability to multi-task, deconflict priorities, and accountable for all assigned projects/tasks under broad guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support in collection and organizing information required for preparation of user manual, training materials, installation guides, proposals and reports.
  • Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports or any other customer deliverables and documents.
  • Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks.
  • Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation procedures and methods. Maintainsa current internal documentation library.
  • Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
