About The Position

Conservice is a fast-growing leader in utility management services, committed to enhancing operational efficiency and driving business intelligence through data. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Business Analysts to lead our high-performing analytics team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping strategic direction, driving execution, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. You’ll lead a team that works directly with senior leadership—including the COO, SVPs, and VPs—to deliver high-impact insights. Your team’s analysis will influence decision-making across multiple business functions and help improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or leading a team of analysts in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with deep experience in data modeling, visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and a bias for action.
• A passion for mentorship, team development, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Demonstrable knowledge of and prior experience in: Excel, SQL, R, Python, JavaScript
• Tableau and PowerBI data visualization platforms;
• Analyzing, organizing, and drawing insights from large data sets;
• Spotting macro and micro trends with statistical significance;
• Synthesizing data outputs into executive summaries and visualizations;
• Navigating large SQL databases to capture the required data for analytics;
• Statistical modeling to drive effective and impactful analytics.
• Independent leading teams or dashboard developments
• Management of team members in a formal or information setting with proven track record of success and meeting milestones
• Ability to operate in a fast paced team environment with impending deadlines and ability to motivate teams to deliver quality and accurate outputs

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in utilities, SaaS, or enterprise operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, R, or predictive analytics techniques is a strong bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts focused on delivering actionable insights and strategic analysis.
• Oversee the execution of complex data projects and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and goals.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior executives by providing high-level analysis and thought leadership on key business challenges.
• Review and guide the development of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust data modeling and consistency across teams.
• Establish and maintain standards for data integrity, analytics methodologies, and business insight communication.
• Develop training and development plans for analysts to ensure continued skill growth and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Manage workload, performance, and deliverables of the analyst team to ensure on-time and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive innovation in analytics tools, techniques, and approaches to keep Conservice at the forefront of data excellence.
• Analyze large, complex data sets and drive insights across multiple business departments.
• Guide the team in performing complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics using tools such as SQL, R, and Python.
