Requirements

• Minimum of five years related work experience, with three years experience in threat analysis.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support in the implementation of divisional/business control solutions.
• Performs daily divisional/business control management tasks and analyzes risk issues.
• Develops effective relationships with management and crew throughout the company.
• Monitors, reports, and assists in the development of divisional/business control activities. Prepares and analyzes data and dashboards. Uses available data to monitor progress and measure success.
• Maintains awareness of regulatory risk and control topics. Seeks to understand broad industry and Vanguard trends regarding divisional/business risk and control.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
