This role is responsible for coordinating and executing records management governance, compliance, and oversight activities across physical and electronic records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Records Management, Library Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in records management, information governance, compliance, risk management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing physical and electronic records inventories, attestations, retention schedules, and records lifecycle activities.
  • Experience analyzing records management data, metrics, and reports to identify trends, monitor compliance, and support risk-based decision-making.
  • Experience conducting quality assurance reviews, control testing, or compliance assessments to validate adherence to records management standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate records management requirements, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple recurring deliverables and deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with business, technology, legal, risk, and governance partners to support records management programs and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of records management systems, information governance tools, and records retention requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex records management concepts in a clear and concise manner.
