As a Business Continuity Lead within PNC's Independent Risk Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA / Cleveland, OH / Raleigh, NC. This role provides governance and oversight for the Business Resiliency Program, ensuring adherence to enterprise resiliency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Lead will review and approve key deliverables such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA) outcomes and Maximum Tolerable Downtime (MTD), and support the alignment of resiliency strategies with business objectives and regulatory expectations. They will monitor risk posture, escalate issues to senior leadership, and participate in strategic planning for resiliency investments and priorities. The role involves validating the execution of resiliency lifecycle activities across Lines of Business (LOBs) and Business Recovery Units (BRUs), ensuring transparency of risk, remediation actions, and resiliency investments. Additionally, the Lead will promote awareness and training for resiliency across the organization, review and endorse testing and exercise strategies, and aggregate and report resiliency performance and risk metrics to governance forums. As the primary point of contact between the Business Recovery Unit (BRU) and the Business Resiliency Program, the Lead ensures BRU plans and activities comply with enterprise resiliency policies, procedures, and standards. They facilitate communication and coordination among BRU Plan Owners, Coordinators, and other stakeholders, and support the execution of the business resiliency lifecycle, including planning, testing, and reporting. The Lead assists in completing and maintaining Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments for the BRU, monitors the status of resiliency activities, and escalates issues or risks to leadership when necessary. They coordinate training and awareness activities for BRU personnel, track and report findings, remediation actions, and compliance with resiliency requirements, and participate in exercises and tests to validate BRU recovery strategies and capabilities. Finally, the Lead ensures documentation is accurate, current, and meets regulatory and business requirements. Certification; CBCP required.
