About The Position
As a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice, you will help clients optimize and transform procurement and accounts payable operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and operating model transformation. You will work directly with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, visibility, and supplier collaboration. You will lead engagement workstreams spanning business process assessment, future-state design, technology implementation, deployment, and value realization. Success in this role requires deep understanding of Procure to Pay processes and the ability to connect business objectives with operational and technology solutions. This role involves collaboration with client teams across multiple locations and requires flexibility to travel to client sites as needed, with travel expectations of up to 60%.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Procure to Pay processes including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
- Experience designing and improving procurement and AP operating models.
- Strong understanding of procurement controls, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives involving procurement, finance, and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience developing business cases, process documentation, testing plans, and deployment strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Supply Chain Transformation, or Consulting.
- Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of requisition-to-payment process flows and associated controls.
- Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Ability and willingness to work directly with clients and travel as required by engagement needs. Travel can range up to 60%.

- Knowledge of supplier onboarding, supplier performance management, and procurement analytics.

- Relevant certifications in SAP Ariba, Coupa, Agile, Project Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
- Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
- Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans.
- Support implementation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities across procurement technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve compliance, automate manual processes, reduce cycle times, and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Lead and mentor team members while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- Support business development activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, client presentations, and estimates.
