About The Position

We are looking for a charismatic Business Consultant to support independent owner-operator truck drivers in becoming successful business owners. You will be the primary point of contact for ATBS clients and will provide unparalleled customer service and business advice to keep our truck drivers' businesses between the lines! ATBS has been the trusted business partner of individual owner-operator truck drivers and the largest fleets in America, with 14,000 recurring clients and growing. We have 110 employees across 10 departments and 2 offices, working as one team in a team-oriented and casual work environment. We offer continuous training through ATBS University and provide room for growth and professional development.

Requirements

Progress toward an applicable Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required.
Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is beneficial.
Experience in the transportation industry is beneficial.
Experience managing multiple priorities is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, via phone and email, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Respond to all client inquiries as quickly as possible.
Accurately analyze and communicate business performance and financial results with clients.
Consistently initiate client goal setting through profit plan preparation.
Answer client and coworker questions using everyday language.
Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS.
