About The Position
We are looking for a charismatic Business Consultant to support independent owner-operator truck drivers in becoming successful business owners. You will be the primary point of contact for ATBS clients and will provide unparalleled customer service and business advice to keep our truck drivers' businesses between the lines!
Requirements
- Progress toward an applicable Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is required
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is beneficial
- Experience in the transportation industry is beneficial
- Experience managing multiple priorities is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, via phone and email, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Respond to all client inquiries as quickly as possible
- Analyze and communicate business performance and financial results with clients
- Initiate client goal setting through profit plan preparation
- Answer client and coworker questions using everyday language
- Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
