About The Position

Responsible for translating most highly complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. These needs typically involve a significant expenditure or cost savings and impact a wide range of functions. Also, provides expertise to lower leveled consultants. This is the highest level in a career progression.

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems
• minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills
• any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting Medicaid and/or Medicare business operations, products, and regulatory requirements
• Medicare Advantage business experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Sales processes, regulations, and business operations preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization based on business value and customer needs
• Agile PM/PO Certification and understanding of Agile SAFe preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Microsoft sheets
• Exposure to AI (Chat GPT, GEN AI, Co-Pilot, Spark)
• Experience Using Salesforce and Adobe Suite strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise to lower level consultants on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs
• Determines specific business application software requirements to address the most highly complex and varied business needs
• May lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business
• Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs
• Leads the identification, prioritization, and refinement of business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and value delivery
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery objectives, resolve competing priorities, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Monitors feature and capability progress, identifies risks and impediments, and escalates issues impacting business outcomes.
• Provides leadership in establishing and communicating business priorities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and large-scale initiatives.
• Influences portfolio, program, and team-level planning through analysis of business value, operational impacts, and strategic objectives.
• Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals, roadmap priorities, and solution delivery.
